To reactivate an email, submit this form. An automatic email will be generated to begin the process. Please allow up to 5 business days for activation. If the request is urgent, select “Urgent” for faster processing. When submitting a deactivation request, provide a Deactivation Date. This should be set to 3 months after the audit is completed to allow time for any client requests or follow-up work. Example: If an audit is completed on May 20, the email should remain active until August 20.

You can search for an auditor by name. The Status field indicates email activity:

True = Email is active
False = Email is deactivated

Email activation status is not related to performance or disciplinary action; it is used strictly as a cost-control measure to avoid maintaining active email accounts for auditors who are not currently working. Coordinators should periodically review auditors and submit a deactivation request if an auditor is on hold or does not have upcoming work.
