Even when a quote is rejected or expires, there remains an opportunity to engage with potential clients for future projects. Each month, the global coordinator will send a follow-up email to check in on the supplier's current auditing needs. Proactivity is key; we reach out to these potential clients three months before the anniversary of their initial inquiry. This strategic timing enables us to connect with them as they plan their annual audits.
