The Coca-Cola Assessment Packet and Recycling Form
To schedule an SGP audit, Coca-Cola suppliers must complete the Assessment Packet and Recycling Form to help us determine the optimal scope, timeline, and cost for the facility's assessment.  Instruct suppliers to follow these steps to get started:

Step 1: Access the SGP Materials

Step 2: Download Required Forms

• Coca-Cola Assessment Packet
• Recycling Supply Chain Information Forms

Step 3: Submit Completed Forms

Choose one option:

• Click the 'Upload Forms' button on our website
• Email forms directly to: [email protected]

A sample Supplier Guiding Principles email template can be found in the Insite Operations Manual appendix or under the Mutual Recognition & Waivers tab. 

REMEMBER - When sending links to clients, always take an extra minute to create a proper hyperlink in your email. For example, if you're sending a link for the SMETA online packet, highlight the text "SMETA” online packet" in your email, create the hyperlink, and add "Click Here to access [name of page or document] If you've forgotten how to do this, go to the Marketing tab on Insite Connect and find "Create Email Links" in the dropdown menu. Everyone must follow these steps. Creating proper links takes just a minute or two and helps us maintain a professional image.
